At Four Element, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products including perfumes, clothing, jewelry, candles, nail extensions, and bags. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used perfumes

Used nail extension products

Personalized or customized products

Gift cards or promotional items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product

An incorrect item


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging


After verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Mention your order number and reason for return.


3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.


4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Defective products

Damaged items

Incorrect products received

Size issues (for clothing, subject to availability)


Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping costs will be borne by Four Element.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days.
